Tips: Why Put Heat Sink on Solid State Relay?
Solid state relay and thyristor module: why do you want to install the radiator, because the two are all using thyristor as main over-current components, thyristor power device, when the use of certain conduction voltage drop on resistance, thus to generate heat, not distribute in time to come in, SCR will hasten to damage, unable to recover the results. Therefore, the load on a certain current should be equipped with radiator plates, and if necessary, air cooling, water cooling, etc. The heat generated by solid state relay or module is mainly related to the practical current of the driven load, but has little relationship with its own current level.
